CARPET CLEANING

Your carpet is a big investment in your home. To protect that investment we use a 5 step cleaning process:

  • Dry Vacuuming — Removes sand, grit, hair, and other loose particles.

  • Spot Removal — Dissolves most spots on contact for easy removal.

  • Pre-spray / Shampoo — Dislodges embedded dirt & soil stuck in the carpet.
    Green packages are available.

  • Hot Water Extraction — Rinses carpets free of dirt, soap, & other residues that promote quick re-soiling.
    Each pass with our rotary extraction tool is equivalent to 6 passes with the traditional wand.

  • Post Inspection — Fluff carpet, replace furniture with pads to protect your freshly cleaned carpet.

We can provide 3M Scotchgard carpet protector as an add on service; please let our technician know if you would like fiber protectant added.

AREA RUGS

We also have affordable options for cleaning area rugs. You can drop them off at our shop, or for a small charge we can come out and pick them up and redeliver them when they're done. Most times you can pick them up the same or next day.

Our technicians are certified and trained to identify the fiber content of each rug to assure the correct cleaning methods and solutions are used.

UPHOLSTERY

There are many different methods and solutions for cleaning upholstery. Being able to identify each fiber type is vitally important in order to ensure quality work and prevent damage. That’s why we make sure every one of our technicians is fully trained in identifying fiber type and testing for color fastness before any cleaning is done.

Our cleaning methods will remove most stains, odors and allergens. Once we achieve that restored look and freshness we can use optional fiber protectants if you choose. Fiber protectants will help to resist staining and make spills easier to clean.

PET DANDER & ODORS

Pets can cause lots of problems when it comes to carpeting. Pet dander and urine spots/odors can not be removed by a simple carpet cleaning. A pet spot may look small on the surface; however, it is much larger in the carpet padding and subfloor. If you have a pet odor issue, please let us know before our technician arrives because we will need to use special solutions to remedy the problem.

First we use a high powered ultra-violet light to find all the contaminated areas, even the ones not visible on the surface. We pre-treat these spots with a heavy saturation of a pet enzyme digester to break down the urine crystals. Then we do the normal shampoo followed by hot water extraction to clean the remaining carpet. Finally we will spray our Bio-enzymatic pet odor counter-actant to take care of any residue odors that may be left behind.

There is never a guarantee with pet spots due to the fact that we may not always be able to reach all sources of the urine. We have an approximately 90% success rate with odor removal. The only way to guarantee complete odor removal is to pull up the carpeting, treat and thoroughly clean the subfloor, replace the pad, and then clean and re-install the carpeting.
